Located in the east of Shiyan, Hubei Province, Maojian District possesses a significant advantage in the automobile industry and is striving to construct itself as an international commercial vehicle city. It is the provincial high-tech industrial base for commercial vehicle components, the main production site and sales market for Dongfeng Tianlong and Dongfeng Tianjin vehicles, and is also one of the 52 key industrial clusters in Hubei with more than 300 finished automobile and component manufacturing enterprises including “Dongfeng Motor’s Another New Base in Shiyan” and “Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Complex Plant”.
