AmCham Shanghai's Government Policy Support Program (GPS) provides expert briefings on emerging policy issues to enable member companies to navigate China's regulatory system. The next session will launch the Food and Beverage stream of the program and is a briefing on China's regulations on serial complaints (职业打假人) by Mr. Zhang Shihai (张士海), Partner at Boss & Young LawOffice. A former Shanghai AIC official, Mr. Zhang will provide a briefing on how the government views these complaints and strategies companies can adopt to manage them. The briefing is on August 22 from 9:00-10:30am at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.
