The Thriving Under Pressure Workshop is a highly interactive workshop designed to help participants excel during high-pressure moments and to see pressure as a positive force to enhance performance.

The course begins by exploring the causes, signs and symptoms of workplace pressure. The session then focuses on techniques the participants can use to manage workplace pressure and strategies for taking control of the events that cause negative effects.

The workshop contains a number of practical tips and techniques the participants can start using immediately following the workshop to enhance their personal and professional effectiveness.

Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.

If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Ivette Corominas at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund.
