A community-based program to help senior managers and above to excel from where they are. Supporting foreign companies in retaining, developing and perfecting business operations know-how, overall management and commercial skills. Aim to help the member companies' senior managers to excel with solid business knowledge, methodology, practical sharing, benchmarking, and comprehensive guidance from experienced mentors. The Chamber's resources supports and the community are around you along the way to the business and personal success.


Course Learning: 8-10 half day session/year

Delivering CORE BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE & METHODOLOGY to consolidate the business sense and foundations supporting decision making. Courses includes but not limited to business foundations, cost analysis for decision making, project management, marketing, change management


Practical Sharing: quarterly-based seminar & 6-8 factory tours/year

High-level reports, seminar and tours:

  • Manufacturing, industry trends
  • Economy, macro & micro environment trends
  • Overall management
  • Government affairs orientation
  • Factory & operational benchmarks: EHS, HR, Lean, etc.


Mentoring: Quarterly-based

Volunteer mentors to share their experience, knowhow about doing business in China and on how to be a successful leader

Cost

FREE for 1st enrolled employee from member companies

RMB 3,000/year for additional employee, maximum: 4 candidates /company
