This workshop is designed for managers leading a multicultural team dispersed across geographies. It addresses three overlapping challenges:

  • Distance
  • Cultures
  • Transverse management

This hands-on training seeks to raise awareness of the specificities of distant teamwork. Participants will explore how the intercultural layer woven into distance and transverse management impact teamwork.

They will learn how to adapt their communication and management style to maximize impact and lead the team toward high performance. The workshop will end up with the design of a personal action plan, under the responsibility of each participant.

Workshop's three main objectives:

  1. Understanding the needs and workstyles of different cultural groups and building strategies to close the gaps
  2. Raising awareness of the three key success factors of a distant team and putting them into practice
  3. Adapting one's management and communication style to virtual collaboration

Facilitation style: Highly engaging with many practical exercises, anecdotes, and games with theoretical inputs drawn from research and experience.
