    Bo moved and lived in Shanghai in 2017, and started urban conservation project that aims to change the relationship between city and nature so that natural solutions and conservation are recognized as essential components of a healthy and sustainable city.

    Bo joined The Nature Conservancy as assistant of wetland project in Kunming in 2006. 4 year later, she was transferred to Beijing and become project officer of Yangtze River project on sustainable fisheries and planning. In 2015, she was named director of Dongtan conservation center in Shanghai, and assumed the role of on-site conservation and management practice.

    Bo holds a Ph.D of environmental science from Northeast Institute of Geography and Agricultural Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun, China. She enjoys travelling, reading and writing stories of her cat.

As an artist and writer, Lin is interested in ecologies and the tension between the natural and built environment. She has an interdisciplinary practice that includes drawing, printmaking, painting, sculpture, animation, social art practice and public installations. Her interest in plastic manufacture, consumption and pollution has motivated her research and activism in the field of sustainability and reuse.

    Lin holds an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and a BFA from Mills College in California. She has attended residencies in San Francisco, Jindezhen, Kerala, and Vermont. Monika teaches visual art at NYU Shanghai and previously at the San Francisco Art Institute and the Kansas City Art Institute. She conducts lectures and workshops at the Power Station of Art, the Minsheng Museum, and the Rock Bund Museum in Shanghai and at the Museum of Chinese in America in New York and outreach to local schools and community centers.

Linda has led numerous corporate CSR programs to build up hope schools in rural areas for underprivileged children.

    Linda joined Netspring Green IT Programs in order to support the recycling economy and create shared value between developed and under-developed Chinese areas. Netspring teams strive to protect our environment, transform obsolete computers and electronic waste into e-learning to foster digital inclusion of migrant and rural students, thus reducing education inequality.

    Linda holds a joint MBA degree from Webster University and Shanghai Finance & Economics University and a bachelor degree from Tongji University majoring in civil engineering. She enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering activities.
