    Mr. Chen serves as the current Chairman of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) China. Founded in 1954, ACG is a global organization with 56 chapters and over 15,000 members in North and South America, Europe and Asia. In 2015,ACG members firms made $158 billion investments.

Last year, Lancaster consultants led the turnaround of three American businesses in China and achieved sustainability for each in 2019. Several years ago Lancaster began acquiring underperforming businesses directly and most recently acquired the China operations of Centria from NCI (NYSE:NCS).

    Prior to founding Lancaster, Alex was responsible for the Stanley Works Engineered Storage Division in Europe, and prior to that, Stanley China, Southeast Asia and India. Before Stanley Alex served in several positions at the Danaher Corporation. Alex has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from Washington & Lee University.
