Nowadays, in ultra-competitive and fast-paced work environment it is very important to manage increasing workplace stress. Employees need to feel their best – physically, mentally and emotionally – in order to contribute to the company success. Taking care of employee work stress level is one of the ways letting your employees know that you want to do everything you can to keep them in good health and optimal performance.

This seminar aims to present the most efficient ways to manage work stress and thus, increase employee's productivity. Certified Workplace Health Promotion Specialist will give introduction to stress management and possible ways to manage stress at workplace, introduce best practices, including Tai Chi as a gentle way to fight stress.
